I RECENTLY REQUESTED SERVICE FOR AN UNUSABLE TOILET AT 2PM. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE HANDLED THAT DAY. LATER ,AT 5PM WHEN ICALLED TO CHECK. I WAS TOLD THAT THE REQUEST HAD JUST BEEN REC,AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. I WAITED ALL NIGHT AND FINALLY GOT DISGUSTED AND BOUGHT A NEW PART AND REPLACED IT
IN 5 MIN.NO PHONE CALL TO TELL ME NO WAS COMING. WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS A FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE.IF MY RENT WAS LATE, IWOULD BE PENALIZED. TOTALLY DISGUSTED!
